Where are you located, do you have a store I can visit?
You can find us in person at the local flea market in Shiprock, NM, as well as online for a complete boutique experience. Although we don't have a physical storefront just yet, there are plenty of chances to enjoy our lemonades and handcrafted goodies!
Where do you ship to and how long does shipping take?
We proudly ship within the U.S. All of our items are handcrafted and packed with care. Our small team works diligently every day to ensure you have the best experience possible, and we truly appreciate your patience. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email.
Can I order café menu items online or for delivery?
Right now our café menu items are only available at our in-person pop-ups. We love variety and a little chaos, so we make it our mission to offer thoughtfully curated drinks and treats for those who want to try it all, every flavor every season has to offer.
Do you take custom orders?
We do not provide custom orders. As a small team dedicated to crafting handmade products in limited batches, fulfilling custom requests isn't feasible for us. Our goal is to maintain a special and stress-free experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you accept returns?
Since most of our items are handmade or made-to-order, all sales are final. But if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days (with photos!) and we'll happily offer a replacement or store credit.
Note:
- No returns on stickers, scrunchies, or keychains (for hygiene reasons).
- We can't accept returns for sizing or color preference.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
