We want you to love your Bloom & Breeze order! Because many of our items are handmade and made-to-order, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right with either a replacement or store credit.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color preference.
- Stickers, keychains, scrunchies, and other small accessories are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
