All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Many Bloom & Breeze Co. pieces are made to order or released in limited quantities, which means we are unable to restock returned items.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it promptly.

What should I review before placing my order?

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing details, and processing times before purchasing.

All sales are final; we are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

How long does processing take?

Stickers: Sticker-only orders typically ship within 2-4 business days.

Limited Edition & Handmade Items: This includes our quilted items and our apparel. These items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for creation before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All of our sticker-only orders ship free, and if you spend more than $70, your purchase also qualifies for free shipping!

When will I receive tracking information?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: tracking updates begin once the carrier scans the package, stating they received the item.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to update your order, please contact us immediately.

The fastest way to reach us is through the CHAT BUBBLE (Shopify Inbox) located on our website.

Please include your ORDER NUMBER in your message so we can assist you quickly.

Changes (such as address corrections or size adjustments) can only be made before your order ships.
